Booking & Cancellation

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once full payment is received.
Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable

Payment

Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards and online payments.
Security Deposit: A refundable deposit may be required at check-in.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-In: From 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability.
Check-Out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur a charge.

Guest Conduct

Respect Property: Guests must treat the property responsibly. Damages may incur charges.
Noise Levels: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Smoking/Pets: No smoking inside the property. Pets allowed with prior approval.

Liability

Damage: We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Third-Party Services: Not responsible for services provided by third parties

Privacy

We value your privacy. Personal information is used only for bookings and customer support.

Modifications

We may update our policies at any time. Changes will be communicated accordingly.
