In the future, our world has started to decay and hope has become a thing of the past. Cybernetic enhancements are the new fashion but have made the streets a dangerous place. The Reaper, a cybernetically enhanced bounty hunter,  is sent to track down a criminal cybernetic trader to combat the current crime wave plaguing the city.
