"Mutt Williams et la flûte de croissance" is an adventure game where you play as Indiana Jones son, searching for an unique artifact, hidden within the heart of Maori territory.
Avoid getting caugh by the village guards et solve the local temple mysteries to get the growth flute, before the soviets stole it for their own sake.
This project was carried out in school, in the early of my second year of Game Design studies.
We had to make a game based on the Indiana Jones franchise, on Unity.
We were a group of four people working on it, for two weeks and a half to create a prototype of the game.
A few months later, students from a 3d class were in charge of doing assets to dress up our prototype.
We all worked on the game concept of the game and then, we splited up the task. As I was the more comfortable with programming, in the group, I took it in charge.
I first focus on making a good controller for our character, then the infiltration mode and the puzzle system.
I did a lot of testing of my features in real context that interacted differently than in my developpement zone, also when I had time I tested the level to be sure there is no exploit in the geometry of the map.
