Using controlled experiments conducted in various settings - be it in the lab, the field, or online - I delve into how these preferences shape labor market outcomes.

At the Center for Behavioral Institutional Design (C-BID), where I serve as a Research Affiliate, my focus extends to investigating issues such as race and gender inequalities, as well as the impact of motherhood on labor market dynamics.
