Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the AuraX mobile application ("Service") operated by AuraX ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
AuraX provides sleep sounds, meditation content, relaxation audio, breathing exercises, and related wellness features.
Certain features of the Service are available through a paid subscription ("Subscription").
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, yearly, or as otherwise offered).
Your Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage and cancel your Subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
We may offer a free trial period for certain subscriptions.
If a payment method is required, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Unless canceled before the trial expires, the Subscription will automatically convert into a paid Subscription.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable app stores to process subscription payments.
Prices may change from time to time. Any price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle after notice has been provided where required by law.
Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
If account creation is available, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and for all activities occurring under your account.
The Service, including all content, audio tracks, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of AuraX and its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
AuraX is intended for relaxation, meditation, and sleep support purposes only.
AuraX does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and should not be considered a substitute for professional healthcare services.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where AuraX is operated.
