Request account deletion
You may request deletion here even if you no longer have access to the app. To protect your account, AurAtelier verifies ownership using the registered account email before scheduling deletion.
HOW TO REQUEST DELETION
Email auratelierart@gmail.com from the email address registered to your AurAtelier account.
Use the subject: Account deletion request
Include your AurAtelier username if known. Never send your password.
WHAT WILL BE DELETED
After verification and the 14-day grace period, your authentication credentials, profile data, posts and other user content, direct and room messages, owned media, canvases, moodboards, Inspiration Rooms and other account-associated data are deleted. Records that must legally be retained for accounting, fraud prevention or disputes may be de-identified and retained only as necessary.
CANCEL DURING THE GRACE PERIOD
To cancel a pending deletion request during the 14-day grace period, email auratelierart@gmail.com from your registered account email.
DELETE FROM THE APP
You may also request deletion inside AurAtelier from Profile > Account Settings > Delete account.
