Aura Mixer - Terms of Use (Usage Agreement)

Welcome to Aura Mixer! By using the following terms, you agree to our application.

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Aura Mixer, you agree to the terms and conditions attached to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Use of the Application You may use Aura Mixer only for general, non-commercial, personal purposes (relaxation, focus, etc.). You do not agree to use the application for any illegal purpose.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The application may require full version features (Premium).

Subscriptions are offered Monthly, Annually, or Lifetime, depending on your choice.

Payments are charged to your Apple ID account following purchases.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless automatically renewed at least 24 hours before the end of the current term.

Subscription management and automatic switching settings can be managed from Settings > Apple ID on your phone.

4. Limitation of Liability Aura Mixer is provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not responsible for performance (e.g., whether the sounds meet your expectations) resulting from the use of the application.

5. Intellectual Property All application features, sound designs, enhancements, and technical specifications are proprietary to Aura Mixer and are protected by copyright laws. No copy of the application may be copied or distributed.

6. Updates We may update these terms. Changes will be notified to the relevant person as soon as they are published in the package or support page.
