Aura Breathe (the "App") is published by ILJIN E&C ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how. In short: we do not collect, transmit, share or sell any personal information.
We do not collect any personal information. The App has no user accounts, asks for no personal details, and does not connect to the internet. It contains no advertising, no analytics or crash-reporting tools, and no third-party SDKs that collect data.
The App does not request any permissions. It does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, files, calendar or any other personal data. Haptic feedback (a light vibration during breathing sessions) uses the standard Android system feature and needs no permission.
To show your streak and progress, the App stores a simple history of your completed sessions (the calendar date and the length of each session) in the App's private storage on your device. This information:
- stays on your device and is never sent to us or to anyone else;
- is not linked to your name, identity or any device identifier;
- is not included in Android cloud backups, because backup is disabled for the App.
Your temporary in-app choices during a session (such as the selected rhythm) are held in memory only and are not saved.
You can erase your session history at any time by opening the Progress screen and tapping "Delete my data". You can also clear the App's storage in your device settings or uninstall the App. Because we hold no copy of your data, nothing further needs to be requested from us.
We do not share, sell, rent or disclose any information to third parties, because we do not receive any.
The App is distributed through Google Play. Google may process information about your download and use of Google Play under its own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We do not receive personal information about you from Google Play.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Because your progress data is stored only in the App's private storage on your device, it is protected by Android's built-in app sandbox and your device's own security settings, such as your screen lock.
Because we do not collect or process personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export or delete on your behalf. If you are in a region with data-protection laws (such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA), you can contact us with any question about this policy at the address below.
The App is intended for relaxation and general wellbeing only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you feel dizzy, faint or uncomfortable, stop the exercise and breathe normally, and consult a qualified professional if you have concerns.
If we change this policy (for example, if a future version of the App handles data differently), we will post the updated policy at this address and change the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected in the App's Google Play Data safety section.
