By downloading, installing, or using the Aura: The Biohacking Dashboard mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Aura provides users with tools for tracking wellness, health, and habit improvement. Aura offers both free features and premium features ("Premium Services") accessible via subscription.
Aura is not a medical device, and we are not medical professionals.
Informational Purposes Only: All content, suggestions, "improvement opinions," and data provided by Aura are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Your use of Aura does not create a doctor-patient or healthcare provider relationship.
Consult a Professional: Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you read or interpreted within Aura.
Assumption of Risk: Any health decisions or lifestyle changes you make based on information provided by Aura are made solely at your own risk. We are not liable for any health outcomes, injuries, or complications resulting from your use of the App.
Aura offers "Premium" features through two subscription models: Monthly and Yearly.
Billing: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms of the respective store.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s App Store settings.
Refunds: Refunds will be provided on a limited and reviewed basis, adjudicated by the Apple App Store
All content, designs, logos, and code within Aura are the property of Northern Virginia Capital, DBA and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to:
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the App’s functionality.
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Bypass any measures we use to prevent or restrict access to the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.
Any content obtained from the App.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
