AuraaByte ("we," "our," or "us") provides the Battery Charging Animation mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not access or use the App.
We prioritize user privacy and design our features to process data locally whenever possible.
Photos and Media (Local Access Only): The App allows you to personalize your charging screen by selecting photos from your device, adding stickers, and creating custom themes. This media is processed and stored locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your photos or personal files on our servers.
Device and Battery Information: To provide charging animations and battery insights, the App accesses system-level data such as battery percentage, charging state, device model, and operating system version. This data is read in real time and is not tied to your personal identity.
Usage and Diagnostic Data: We may collect non-identifiable technical data (such as app crash logs, performance metrics, and general interaction patterns) through standard mobile analytics to improve app stability and performance.
Advertising Identifiers: If third-party advertisements are displayed, ad partners may automatically collect device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID/IDFA) and approximate location to serve relevant ads, subject to their respective privacy policies.
To deliver core personalization and monitoring features, the App may request the following permissions:
Storage / Media Access (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / Photos permission): Required solely to let you choose personal photos, wallpapers, and stickers for custom charging themes.
Overlay Permission (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW / "Display over other apps"): Required to display your chosen charging animation over your lock screen or home screen when the charger is connected.
Battery State Monitoring: Used to detect when a charger is plugged in or disconnected and to track charge levels in real time.
Notification Access (Optional): Used to alert you when your battery reaches a target charge level or full charge.
You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time via your device's system settings.
We use the collected information strictly to:
Display customized animations, themes, text, and photos when your device charges.
Provide battery health indicators, charging status, and related insights.
Monitor app stability, diagnose bugs, and deliver software updates.
Serve non-intrusive advertisements (if using the ad-supported version).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or media files to third parties.
The App may integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs) for analytics and monetization:

These third parties operate independently and have their own privacy policies governing data collection via device identifiers and cookies.
Local Storage: All user-created themes, loaded photos, and customization settings are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App or clearing app data permanently removes these configurations.
Security: We apply standard industry measures to prevent unauthorized access to device interactions within the App.
The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take immediate corrective measures.
