These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the professional relationship between Aura Car Capital ("the Firm," "we," "our," "us") and any individual or entity ("Client") who engages our administrative support, documentation management, and auto financing guidance services.
By engaging Aura Car Capital for any service, the Client agrees to be fully bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Services Aura Car Capital provides strictly administrative support and document management services related to auto financing. Services include financial profile review, documentation organization, application preparation support, and financing guidance. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, or loan origination services of any kind. We are not attorneys, financial advisors, lenders, banks, or credit unions.
2. No Guarantee of Results Aura Car Capital makes no warranty, express or implied, that engagement of our services will result in approval for any auto loan, financing program, or credit product of any kind. All financing and credit decisions are made solely and independently by the applicable lender, dealer, or financial institution. Individual results vary significantly based on creditworthiness, lender guidelines, and individual financial circumstances.
3. Fee Disclosure Aura Car Capital charges fees for its professional administrative support services. All fees are disclosed in full in the Service Agreement provided to each Client prior to the commencement of any engagement. Our fees are not contingent on the outcome of any financing application.
4. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation. Clients remain responsible for all direct communications with lenders, dealers, and financial institutions. Aura Car Capital acts in an administrative support capacity only and does not represent clients in any legal, financial, or regulatory proceedings.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy Clients may cancel their service agreement in writing within three (3) business days of signing without penalty. Cancellations submitted after this period are subject to the terms set forth in the individual Service Agreement. Refund eligibility is determined based on the stage of services rendered at the time of cancellation.
6. Confidentiality Aura Car Capital treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We do not sell, share, or disclose client information to any third party except as required by applicable law or expressly authorized in writing by the Client.
7. Limitation of Liability Aura Car Capital's liability in connection with any engagement is strictly limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or the outcome of any financing application.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Imperial County, California.
9. Modifications Aura Car Capital reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes prior to their taking effect. Continued engagement following notice of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

5. Data Security We implement reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal and financial information in our custody. Access to sensitive client files is restricted to authorized personnel directly involved in the active service engagement.
6. Data Retention Client information is retained for the duration of the active service engagement and for any additional period required by applicable law. Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, information is securely deleted or destroyed in accordance with applicable standards.
7. Your Rights — California Residents As a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion of your personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
