With about a decade of experience, she has successfully designed and led employee programs that enhance performance and foster organizational growth, impacting over 200 individuals.
Her professional journey began at Helpmum as a Brand Management Intern, where she managed social media, customer service, and marketing strategies. She then joined Afrimash, growing from Graphics Designer to Lead, Communications, and PR, and later advancing to Head of Human Resources after job shadowing as an Intern Manager, where she successfully introduced and managed employee programs focused on growth and engagement. Since then, her career in HR and career development took a major turn.
As a Human Resource Manager at Crop2Cash, Learning and Development Specialist at AuntyHR, and Career Development Coach at Tritek, Mfon has played a pivotal role in driving various companies’ learning and development programs, talent acquisition and development, performance management, payroll systems, and HR administration. She has spearheaded innovative Learning Management Systems and HR Management Systems, including a pioneering HR Portal and a comprehensive Payroll Management system, contributing to the company’s expansion by over 50 team members globally.
Mfon’s expertise extends to Strategic HR Analytics, where she leverages data-driven insights to optimize workforce performance and support organizational decision-making. She is passionate about talent development, particularly in startups, and is committed to fostering dynamic environments that align with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
