Careers
Starting Rate: $16.50+
Lead Teacher:
Lead Teachers create a nurturing classroom environment, guide daily learning activities, and support each child’s growth while maintaining a safe and positive space.
Assistant Teacher:
Assistant Teachers support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. They help with daily activities, supervise children, and ensure each child feels supported and cared for while helping maintain a positive and organized classroom.
Float Teacher:
Float Teachers provide support throughout the center, assisting in different classrooms as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. They help maintain a safe, caring environment while building positive relationships with children and supporting teachers and routines.
