I'm Aulea Lotty I am a Writer turned IT recruiter who aspire to work within the UI research field.  I'm a life long learner, and I apply that to my work. If I'm not working with candidates in the IT job market, I'm lending my linguistics and writing skills to prompt engineering teams helping them with tasks that help improve their AI platforms.

I want to investigate how people interact with AI systems and translate those insights into ethically informed design decisions that inform the development of responsible, human-centered AI products.

• I also do game testing in my free time as well to stay active in an industry I love.
