1. Check the availability of the book/s from the OPAC and get the book/s from the shelves.
2. Present the book/s together with you LIBRARY CARD at the circulation counter.
3. Check the book/s for any missing /defective/with mutilated pages, unnecessary marking etc. and report to the librarian. If not reported, the last borrower will be held responsible.
4. Fill-out the book card (write your name and date borrowed).
5. Staff/SA on duty will fill-out the book card for due date to remind the borrower when to return the book/s.
6. Students with overdue materials are not allowed to borrow until they return the material/s or settle their due accounts.
7. All borrowed library book/s are subject to recall after the due date.
8. One (1) week before the final examination all books are for library use only.
9. Borrowing of books should be made personally by the students, and faculty/non-teaching.
1. Fines are collected on books which are not returned on due date as specified.
2. Lost/damaged books and other materials (book or any other material lost/damaged) while on loan should be reported immediately to the librarian. It shall be replaced with the same title or pay the material on its current price including the accumulated overdue.
1. Return the book/s on or before due date
2. All borrowed book/s must be returned at the circulation counter.
3. All books borrowed must be returned within the current semester/school year for clearance purposes.
