• class and role information (teacher, student, administrator);

• content uploaded voluntarily during teaching activities;

• essential technical logs for performance monitoring and abuse prevention.

Purpose of the processing

We use personal data to:

• create and manage user accounts;

• enable the educational features required by the institution;

• provide technical support and operational communications related to the service;

• analyze aggregate and anonymous statistics to improve the user experience.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Conservation and safety

Data is stored on European infrastructures with regular backups, in-transit encryption, and role-based access controls. Technical logs are retained for the time strictly necessary to maintain the platform's security.

We implement internal procedures to promptly notify any security incidents to the appropriate authorities and affected users.

User rights

As a data subject, you can request access to, rectification, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can also request restriction of processing or object to its use when required by law.
