i bought two 20,000 power banks, same make/model one via amazon (before aukey got kicked off)

one later directly via aukey.com (not an affiliate) the first one was fine, so i bought a second one.

the newer one would not fast charge from day one, instead of hours it would take days to fully recharge.

i contacted aukey support for an rma, and all they do is blame you, make excuses, obfuscate, delay, etc.

after two attempts at satisfying all their ridiculous documentation requests, i gave up - which is exactly

what their warrantee people expect you to do.

my guess is they play this game with you just long enough so you can't get your CC company to intervene.

before you assume it's my fault, know that i'm a 30 year IT manager who's had to deal with such

contentious issues and demanding defect proofs, but it's clear Aukey was never interested in resolving

it's own perfectly clear manufacturers defective on arrival claim.

i only post here as a cautionary tale for others, Aukey seems to have a few good products,

but when they fail, my own 1:2 experience suggests they will, you are completely on your own.

I had a power bank aukey of 20100 mAh (model PBN 57) was very big and heavy. I did not like it very much because I found it uncomfortable to take it with me. Then I had the power bank of anker (the powercore 20100 mAh) much smaller, and a little lighter, with even better appearance. finally I opted for anker!

I have a aukey powerbank whilst heavy it has served me very well over the last 12-18 months no quality issues. I also have a few Anker chargers for the car and multi charger and both have been good. They seem very similar to me interms of products offered and quality so much so I mix them up! 006ab0faaa
