I’m aiming to take up a PhD in Health Professions Education in the next five years

Objectives

• To obtain my master’s degree in health profession education

• To obtain PhD in Health Professions education

• To conduct educational research on teaching methods, assessment, or curriculum outcomes

• To mentor junior educators and health professional educators

• To take a leadership position

• To attain a rank of a professor of medical education or equivalent

• To engage in lifelong learning, teaching innovations, and leadership development
