Audrey Siqi-Liu
Postdoctoral Researcher &
Data Science Expert @ GWU
I am a postdoctoral researcher and data science expert at the George Washington University. I recently completed my PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience at Duke University, where I studied human cognitive flexibility. Now, I work with the Drs. Stephen Mitroff and Dwight Kravitz at George Washington University and Dr. Kelvin S. Oie from the DEVCOM Army Research Laboratory on questions about visual cognition.
I am broadly interested in how people produce goal-oriented, strategic behaviors. My current projects focus on cognition, learning, and individual differences during performance on ecological visual search tasks (e.g., identifying targets among distractors).
To translate basic science into practice, my work combines big data approaches, computational modeling, and evidence-based experimental design.
