I am a 5th year PhD candidate in Biological Anthropology in the Tucci Lab at Yale University. Before my time at Yale, I received a BA in Archaeology and Biology from Boston University and a MS in Human Paleobiology from George Washington University.
My current work is primarily computational, and I utilize population genetics methods to investigate questions of population history and adaptations in human populations. I am interested in using archaeological and ethnographic data to help contextualize patterns that appear in genetic data.
Besides my research, I teach and am involved in scientific outreach for K-12 and adult audiences through the Yale Peabody Museum and student-run programs. I also love to paint!
