User-Provided Content: This includes names of projects, descriptions of defects, auditor names, company logos, and digital signatures that you manually input into the app.

Local Storage: All data collected by AuditProx, including photos, GPS logs, and project details, is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your audit data to external cloud servers or databases.
Purpose: The data is used solely to:
Generate PDF and CSV reports.
Organize your audit history within the app.
Provide offline functionality.

Camera / Read Media Images: To allow you to take or select photos for defect evidence.
Microphone: To enable voice-to-text features for rapid note-taking.
Location (Foreground): To capture GPS coordinates for project sites and defect locations.

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect the data stored on your device. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
