This privacy policy applies to the AuditMint – AI Expense Tracker app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by [Kannadasan G] (the "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application handles the following information:

SMS transaction messages, which are read and processed on your device only to extract expenses. They are not uploaded to any server.
Expense categories and preferences you set in the app, stored locally on your device.
Device and usage data collected automatically by the Google AdMob SDK, as described under "Third-Party Services" below.

The Application does not collect precise location.

AI Usage

The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to categorize expenses and provide financial insights. This processing runs on your device, and your expense data is not uploaded or sold to third parties.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect and use the Advertising ID and similar device identifiers, approximate location, app interactions (such as ad clicks and impressions), and diagnostic and crash data, for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. This data is sent to Google. This collection is built into the ads service and cannot be turned off within the Application.

You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

Disclosure

The Service Provider may disclose information:

As required by law (for example, to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process)
When necessary to protect rights or safety, or to investigate fraud
To the third-party service described above (Google AdMob)

Communication

The Service Provider may contact you with important updates or required notices. AuditMint does not send marketing promotions without your consent.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process on your device or app marketplace. You can also limit ad personalization as described above.

Data Retention and Deletion

Data you create in the Application is stored on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Application or clear its data. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own policies. For questions or deletion requests, contact mintworksolutions@gmail.com.

Children

The Application does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact mintworksolutions@gmail.com and it will be deleted.

Security

The Service Provider safeguards your information. AuditMint uses AES-256 encryption with Android Keystore for data stored on your device, and data sent to Google AdMob is encrypted in transit.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
