Welcome to Audiophile Music Player. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Audiophile Music Player mobile application theapp developed by AEA Systems. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License and Scope of Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial music playback and audio enhancement.
2. Intellectual Property
The App, including its proprietary Native Audio Engine, DSP (Digital Signal Processing) algorithms, and user interface, is the exclusive intellectual property of Daniel Santoso/AEA Systems. You may not:
•Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code.
•Redistribute or sell any part of the App without explicit written permission.
3. Media Content
Audiophile Player is a tool for playing audio files stored on your device. We do not provide, host, or distribute music content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the media you play via the App does not violate any third-party copyrights.
4. Premium Features and Purchases
Advanced features (such as PRO or SIGNATURE licenses) are available as one-time purchases via the Google Play Store.
•Purchases are linked to your Google Account.
•Refunds are subject to Google Play’s official refund policies.
5. Hardware and Safety (DAC Protection)
The App includes a DAC Protection Suite designed to protect external hardware. However, you use the App and any connected hardware (DACs, Speakers, Headphones) at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage to hardware resulting from improper settings or high volume levels.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". Daniel Santoso/AEA Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
