All processing is performed locally on your device. No cloud processing is involved.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the legal right to use such content

You agree not to use the app for:

• Illegal activities

• Unauthorized or unlawful recordings

• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. AI Limitations and Disclaimer

AudioMind uses on-device AI models that may:

• Produce inaccurate or incomplete results

• Misinterpret audio or context

The app is provided for general productivity purposes and should not be relied upon for critical, legal, medical, or financial decisions.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of:

• Audio recordings

• Transcripts

• Generated summaries and responses

AudioMind does not claim any rights over your data.

6. Purchases and Licensing

AudioMind offers:

• A free plan with usage limits

• A one-time Pro upgrade (lifetime access)

All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to their billing and refund policies.

7. No Warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of AI outputs

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AudioMind shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data or content

• Decisions made based on AI-generated outputs

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
