This General Privacy Policy explains how Audiogram, developed by Saifee Solutions, handles your information when you use our mobile application ("Audiogram"). By using the App, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
Account Information: Username, email, name, date of birth (DOB), profile photo, banner photo, and bio.
Interactions: Likes, dislikes, bookmarks, replies, and shares.
Follow Data: Who you follow and who follows you.
Non-Personal Data: Usage data, device type, operating system, and device identifiers.
Google Services: We use Firebase Firestore for data storage. Glide caches images on your device.
How We Use Your Information
To manage your profile, enable audio sharing, and send notifications via Firebase.
To moderate usernames (offensive usernames are not allowed; we use keyword filtering).
To enforce age restrictions using your DOB (you must be 13 or older to use the App).
To improve the App using usage data.
Sharing Your Information
Your username, profile photo, banner photo, bio, and public audio posts are visible to other users.
We share data with Google (Firebase) to provide App functionality.
We may share data if required by law or to protect our rights.
Date of Birth (DOB) Handling
We collect your DOB to check your age. You must be 13 or older to use the App. If under 13, you cannot use the App.
You must provide your true DOB. If you give incorrect DOB, you are responsible for any consequences, and we may suspend your account.
We are not responsible for issues if you provide incorrect DOB.
We do not collect data from children under 13. If we find such data, we will delete it and terminate the account.
Data Security
Passwords are hashed using SHA-256. We do not store them in plain text.
We use encryption for data transmission and store data securely in Google’s Firebase Firestore.
If a breach occurs, we will notify affected users as required by law.
