RSPS Tech ("we", "us", "our") operates the Audio Loop Player mobile application ("the App"), available on Google Play. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the App, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
1. Who we are
Audio Loop Player is published by:
Developer: RSPS Tech
Contact email: rspstech332@gmail.com
If you have any privacy-related questions or requests, please use the contact email above.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us through Google Sign-In
When you sign in with your Google account, we receive from Google:
Your Google account email address
Your display name (from your Google profile)
Your Google account unique identifier (UID)
We never see or store your Google password.
2.2 Information from Google Play Billing
When you purchase a subscription, Google Play shares with us:
The subscription plan you bought (3-month, 6-month, or 12-month)
The status of your subscription (active, cancelled, expired)
Purchase and renewal timestamps
We do not receive your card number, UPI ID, or any payment method details. All payment information stays with Google Play.
2.3 Information generated by your use of the App
The date you first signed in (used to count the 100-day free trial)
A last-seen timestamp (the last time you opened the App)
Your app preferences: loop mode, light/dark theme
2.4 Information stored only on your device (never uploaded)
The following data stays on your phone and is never transmitted to our servers:
Your selected audio files (the URIs of files you last picked)
Your repeat count preference
Your saved playlists and reminders (time of day, days of week, file list, playlist name)
Cached audio bytes (Premium feature — local copies of cloud audio files saved on your device so they play offline next time)
Pre-downloaded audio bytes (Premium feature — scheduled cloud audio files downloaded ahead of time so reminders work offline)
Audio file metadata (track titles, artist names) read from your phone's media library to display in the App.
We use the information described in Section 2 for:
Authentication — identifying you across devices and sessions.
Subscription management — granting access to premium features based on your active plan.
Free trial tracking — counting the 100 days from your registration date.
Service improvement — fixing bugs and improving reliability.
Required service communications — for example, expiry warnings, which are currently delivered through Google Play rather than direct email.
We do not use your information for:
Advertising or ad targeting
Selling or sharing with data brokers
Tracking your behaviour in other apps or websites
Profiling beyond what is necessary for the App to function.
When you grant the audio permission, the App reads your phone's music library to show track titles and artists in the file picker. Your audio files never leave your device. We do not upload, copy, or back up your audio content to our servers or to any third party.
When you choose to pick an audio file from cloud storage:
The App uses Android's built-in Storage Access Framework, which routes the request through the cloud provider's own app installed on your phone (Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox).
Your IP address, device information, and request metadata are visible to the cloud provider. This is subject to their privacy policy, not ours.
We do not receive your cloud account credentials, tokens, or login details.
For Premium users, the App may save a local copy of the audio bytes on your device for offline playback. These copies remain on your device only.
All audio playback happens locally on your device. We do not track which files you play, how long you play them, or how often.

Inactive accounts: we may delete accounts that have been inactive for 24 months or longer.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to:

Subscription data is handled by Google Play; we only see the limited entitlement information described in Section 2.2.
No system is completely secure. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

By using the App, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in these locations. Google operates under standard contractual clauses and other safeguards that comply with international data transfer regulations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add new features or as required by law.
When we make changes:
We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
For material changes (such as new categories of data collection), we will notify you within the App on your next launch.
Continuing to use the App after a change indicates that you accept the updated policy.
