How profit sharing works

50% of Client Profits: For every client project, 50% of the profits go to the team members working on that project.
Team-Based Split: The 50% is divided among the team members based on their role and contribution. For example, if 5 specialists work on a project, the 50% profit is split fairly among them.
Transparent Earnings: You’ll always know how much you’re earning and how profits are calculated.
