Hey guys, there has been a rush of transmog farming recently and I've been getting a lot of questions about how to set up a min price for your transmog auctioning operation. So I did a video on it. Here ya go: YouTube Link

View Results: After the notification date and time, the TDF participant can view the results of its tender submission in the TDF application. The aggregate results of the TDF operation will be announced on the Board of Governors' website.

Step 2: You will have two options to enter this auction: Non-Competitive (for which you will only enter an amount, and you will receive the Stop-out Rate determined by the auction results), or Competitive (for which you will enter an amount plus an interest rate). Choose whether to submit a Non-Competitive or a Competitive tender by clicking the appropriate button that is found at the bottom of the Auction Tender screen.

Step 3: If you selected Competitive, then enter an amount and interest rate into one or more rows that appear beneath the Competitive button. Each entry must have a unique interest rate. Entries must be within the defined terms for the operation. The defined terms are found above and below the Non-Competitive and Competitive buttons. The sum of the bids cannot exceed the maximum award amount.

Step 3: If you selected Non-Competitive, then enter an amount into the row that appears to the right of "Amount" beneath the Non-Competitive button. The entry must be within the defined terms of the operation. The defined terms are found above and below the Non-Competitive and Competitive buttons.

The participant receives confirmation within the Term Deposit Facility application that a tender (whether Competitive or Non-Competitive) has been successfully submitted. A submission number is assigned to the tender for an operation. For example, the message reads, "Submission #1666 for A21919 has been successfully created." The participant can click on the "Modify My Tender" button to change or delete its tender prior to the close time indicated for the operation. The participant's Deposit Amount and Interest Rate are TBD (To Be Determined) until the Notification Time arrives.

This operation is as simple as it comes. We take advantage of the price source crafting that is equal to the sum of the materials required to craft an item. It will use the market value of materials by default, and you have to know the recipe for it to be valid.

You can use these same pricing settings equally well for flipping BoEs and transmog as for materials. You do want to ensure you set the quantity differently though. A material flipping operation may have as much as 5000 as the post cap, but for gear you would only post one.

I could dp that, but you can find copies of these two operations in all of my recent imports in my pastebin at -goldmaker I wanted in part to force my readers to do it themselves so you can start getting more comfortable with TSM.

Hi, I am trying to set up TSM in dragonflight just to sell greens and items/materials found during the quests. I was trying to use dbmarket at my operation. Such as 60% dbmarket. but I keep getting invalid errors. Is there a simple auction operation you could recommend for that purpose? Thanks.

I appreciate your logic behind these operations, but I am looking for a similar operation to use on stacks of mats and boe in wow classic wotlk.

Do these 2 operations help the things that are not crafted?

Is there an better import or How-to that covers basic selling of stacks (non-crafted items) and single items with similar results to what you are describing above?

I leave bid percent at 100% because this auction is intended for buyout, not a bidding war.

Undercut amount is set to 50s for enchants. This value is based on absolutely nothing.

With that sorted out, what about normal and maximum price? First you need to define what you should do if someone posted below your minimum. I choose to post at my normal price, which should represent a substantial markup. This is also the price setting that will be used if there are none out on AH before you post as well (no competition). I consider 300g markup a good deal on my enchants, and Ravencrest auction house is seldom without competition.

There are some more options to play around with in the other tabs here, cancel, reset, relationships, but these are the functionally important ones. We will revisit other options later. The option to duplicate operation can come in handy at this point though, so make sure you check it out.

You should proceed to make operations for all items you are going to sell using the same thoughtpattern as above, securing profits and keeping prices sane. Remember to make multiple operations for same items that you want to post in different stacks or amounts.

This setup will try to post 20 stacks of 5 potions before moving on to posting 15 stacks of 10. If any is left, it will continue posting up to 40 stacks of 5. This does NOT mean that the same character needs to post all those items, these are global caps. This is important. If you use 3 bankers, and want to keep 100 of each potion on them (like I do), these caps will act as global caps for all of them, so all stack sizes are covered. For Elixirs i choose to only use the 1510 operation, since 5 elixirs seems a bit low for any activity involving the usage of them.

Guess who needs a couple of elementary operations to get stuff done? Your janitor! All those items that may or may not have some value for someone clogs up the mailbox on your janitor. You should set up these operation spesifically for him:

Auction Profiles

Wholesale auctions exist to sell cars. Everything is focused on accomplishing that objective efficiently, rapidly and accurately. Auctions also exist to be neutral trading floors, offering security and integrity to participants.

More than 9 million cars are sold at auction every year. Auctions vary significantly in size, number of employees, acreage, services offered, facility configurations, as well as the volume and types of cars being sold. Auctions can have as few as a couple of lanes or as many as 25 or more. Some facilities are on sites of less than 50 acres, while others occupy hundreds of acres and incorporate multiple buildings and operations. Some operations function with a hundred or so employees while the larger ones can employ as many as a thousand people. Some facilities offer shops for reconditioning, mechanical and other repair services, as well as services to assist in transportation, financing, arbitration, inspections, titling and a host of other services.

Auction Overview

Activity at an auction takes place well before the sale day, starting with receiving consignments of vehicles from various sellers, including dealers, manufacturers, banks, rental car companies and other commercial businesses and government agencies. These activities are all coordinated between the seller or their representatives and the auction staff as part of the Pre-Sale Activities. On sale day, hundreds to thousands of cars will be processed and sold at the auctions. Once the sale of a car is agreed upon, there are a number of activities for the auction to facilitate to complete the transaction, and a number of services which are offered by the auction operation to assist in enhancing the exchange as part of the Post-Sale Activities. The diagram to the right summarizes the process, and the pages which follow provide more specifics on each.

There are differences in the processes for dealers and commercial accounts which consign cars to the auctions. Detailed explanations for both commercial and dealer consignment are outlined on the pages that follow.

Commercial Consignment Overview

Auction personnel work with factory, rental car, fleet and financial institution representatives, some of whom maintain offices at the auction, to coordinate the arrival of their vehicles to the site. Together these teams handle all the necessary paperwork and make a number of decisions in preparation for the sale, including when the vehicles will be sold, the sequence of the vehicles for the sale and what, if any, work needs to be done on the vehicles. The starting place for this analysis is assessing the condition of each vehicle.

Dealer Consignment Overview

Similar to commercial consignment, hundreds of dealer cars are consigned to auctions for each sale. To help facilitate the process, most auctions have dedicated Dealer Sale Managers and a staff of Dealer Sale Representatives to assure the experience is a favorable one for the consigning dealer. These dealer sale teams work with dealers and their representatives in a variety of ways, including: 2351a5e196
