Auction Cruncher is a simple, offline calculator used to estimate livestock pricing. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we (do not) collect and how the app handles data.
What we collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
The app has:
No account system
No analytics or advertising SDKs
No server backend
On-device data (preferences only)
The app may store your preferences locally on your device (e.g., default weight/price/total ranges and “start” values) so they persist between sessions. This data:
Stays on your device
Is not shared with us or third parties
Can be cleared by using Reset defaults inside the app or by uninstalling the app
Permissions
Auction Cruncher does not request access to sensitive device features (camera, microphone, contacts, location, etc.).
The runtime may include basic network capability, but the app does not send your data to any server.
Data sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share any user data with third parties.
Children’s privacy
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
Because the app does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data to secure on servers. On-device preferences remain on your device.
Your choices
Reset in-app data: Use Reset defaults in Settings
Remove all data: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored preferences
International users
We do not collect or process personal data. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and comply with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR/CCPA).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective date.
