WISE is used to mark institute class attendance, update student readings, and mark elevate learning experiences.

To receive credit for an institute course, the following three requirements must be achieved:
1) Attendance:
Attend at least 75% of an institute class.
2) Reading:
For CORNERSTONE and ELECTIVE courses
Read at least 75% of the student readings.
For SCRIPTURE-BASED ELECTIVE courses
Read 100% of the course readings.
3) Elevate Learning Experience (ELE)
Complete one Elevate Learning Experience. They can be in the form of:
To be eligible to receive an institute diploma, the following requirements must be met:
1) Earn 14 credits:
Complete these four cornerstone courses (8 credits total):
The Eternal Family
Foundations of the Restoration
Jesus Christ and His Everlasting Gospel
Teachings and Doctrine of the Book of Mormon
Complete elective courses (6 credits total):
Any course that is not a cornerstone course.
2) Receive Ecclesiastical Endorsement
Potential graduates will need to complete this "Institute Graduation Application Form", signed by a member of their Ward Bishopric before then can graduate.
