Library Book Pick-up Schedule Form
To continue our commitment to serve our students this pandemic, library users who wish to borrow physical books must set their appointment at least one day ahead of the intended schedule of pick up. We will only accommodate 20 students per day (10 in the morning and 10 in the afternoon). Booking will be on a first come first served basis.
Online Document Delivery Services Form
Online Document Delivery Service (ODDS) processes articles and topic requests from journals, books, e-resources and other materials available in AU-JAS Junior High School Library. These documents requested through the Document Delivery Service will be sent via messenger or email.
