GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
By the end of the training course, you should be able to:
Distinguish the differences between a service animal, working animal, and emotional support animal
Identify the importance of a service animal
Identify the difference between service animal, emotional support animal and working animal
Recognize why someone would be a service animal or emotional support animal
Identify the laws and rights that come with owning one of these animals
Recognize that people with service animals have certain rights
Identify laws that allow people to bring their service animals to places
Identify common terminology related to service animals
Uses the proper etiquette as they interact with service animals
PAWSSIBLE'S MISSION
Pawssible's goal is to educate more individuals, businesses, medical professionals, and organizations about the benefits and capabilities of working with a service dog, and provide networking connections and resources for individuals and families wanting proper training and information on the selection of a service dog.
