WHO ARE WE?
We are a Professional Association of the Nova Scotia Teachers Union.
On the fourth Friday in October of each year, NSTU members from around the province are invited to attend professional development conferences organized by a variety of Professional Associations.
We are one of those associations; working hard to create meaningful learning opportunities for NSTU members each year.
Our primary focus is on supporting the teachers of young adolescents. We attempt to offer a variety of sessions that will support our diverse members. Self-care is often a focus of many of our sessions. We all recognize how essential it is for us to care for ourselves, so that we are then able to be the best teachers possible.
