Inner part of the machine is a wooden tank and its seeds pressing pestle which is also made of wood.
Rest of the parts like wise seeds rotation and oil tray along with the outer surface of the wooden tank is covered with food grade steel as per govt standards.
The machine runs with a very low RPM as ox move in kohlu. ( The traditional machine used in oil extraction )
It results the good quality of oil extraction from the seeds by wooden part of the machine.
The oil extracted from the lakdi ghani is best oil as it is processed on room temperature.
