By using MessageDrop, you agree to be bound to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Disagreement to these Terms means you must not access or use MessageDrop. You must also accept our Privacy Policy. Should you have any feedback or concerns about anything relating to MessageDrop, we recommend submitting a form at Support.

1. You must be aged over 13. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must obtain your parents’ permission to use MessageDrop.
2. You must not transmit any obscene, pornographic, offensive, or defamatory materials through text, graphics, photos or any other form.
3. You must not harass, abuse, impersonate or intimidate other MessageDrop users.
4. You must not perform in any inappropriate or illegal activities and obey all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
5. You are responsible for any information associated with your MessageDrop account and for anything that happens to your account.
6. You understand that you are solely responsible for all of your actions within MessageDrop. We recommend that you block anyone who makes you feel uncomfortable.
7. We reserve the right to terminate your account without any given notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
8. We reserve the right to remove and/or change any username that violates trademark.
9. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
10. We reserve the right to change fees or benefits associated with the MessageDrop in-app purchases at anytime without any given notice.
11. We are not responsible for any errors in content, nor responsible for loss or damage due to third-party advertisements, which may be displayed throughout MessageDrop.
12. MESSAGEDROP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, WHETHER UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, FOR LOSSES THAT WERE NOT CAUSED BY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH THE OPERATIONS OF MESSAGEDROP SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, WHETHER INDIRECT OR DIRECT, RELATING TO YOURSELF ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE GENERAL USE OF MESSAGEDROP WHICH YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR.
13. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the 3rd of October, 2019 and shall remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which shall be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
14. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time and you should check these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after we post any modifications to the Terms and Conditions on this page shall constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions. If we make any material changes to these Terms, we shall notify you by placing a prominent notice on our website.
