Philosophy:
There are many key components to a successful practice of law learned over the last 35 years. First, although no attorney can win all his cases, a strong sense of commitment to the client, proper preparation, and attention to detail can make for excellent results in the end. Second, there is absolutely no substitute for personal time spent in a matter; usually there are no "short cuts" or quick answers to complex or difficult legal problems. Finally, in order to work successfully as a team, trust and confidence in your counsel must exist; without it, you are wasting your time and money, and, in the end, the results will be less than acceptable to both the client and me. You should expect an uncompromising commitment, whether it be by me or someone else. As your experienced, caring counsel, I will provide such to you and your important matter. Call and let's meet and discuss your situation today.
