The company was developed by Darryl Ackerman in 2004 after many years practicing with his late daddy, J Gus Ackerman. Mr Ackerman has been a practicing lawyer since 1978 with a preference for industrial litigation, insolvency and household law.

Grant Hugo joined the firm in August 2016. Mr Hugo has been a practicing attorney since 1998 and is also a certified conveyancer. Mr Hugo wants business structuring and industrial deals.
