Counseling Code of Conduct
1. Purpose
This counseling service provides faith-based guidance and emotional support based on Islamic values. It is not medical or psychological treatment.
2. Respect & Kindness
All sessions are handled with respect, kindness, and understanding. Judgment or harsh behavior is not accepted.
3. Confidentiality
Everything shared will remain private, except in situations where there is a risk of harm or where the law requires disclosure.
4. Professional Boundaries
Sessions will remain respectful and professional at all times.
Unhealthy emotional dependence or inappropriate communication is not allowed.
5. Gender Interaction
All interactions will follow Islamic manners, modesty, and respect.
6. Scope of Support
This service does not diagnose or treat mental illness.
If professional help is needed, you may be guided to seek it.
7. Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
Counseling offers guidance, not control.
8. Session Conduct
Please be punctual and respectful of time.
Sessions may be ended if boundaries are not respected.
9. Agreement
By continuing, you confirm that you understand and agree to this code of conduct.
