We collect minimal information necessary to provide and improve our services:
Personal Identification Information: When you choose to sign in using Google Sign-In or Email Authentication via Google Firebase Authentication, we collect your name, email address, and unique user identifier (UID).
Attendance & Notes Data: The attendance records, timestamps, status marks (Present, Absent, Half Day, Leave, and related attendance statuses), shift details, and custom notes you create within the app.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information exclusively for the following purposes:
To provide core app functionality (tracking and displaying your attendance records).
To synchronize and back up your attendance records across your devices using Firebase Cloud Firestore.
To authenticate your identity securely via Firebase Authentication.
4. How Your Information is Stored & Shared
Local Storage: Your attendance records are stored locally on your device for fast offline access.
Cloud Backup: When signed in, your data is securely encrypted in transit and stored on Google Firebase Cloud Firestore servers.
No Data Selling: We DO NOT sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

We use trusted third-party services provided by Google LLC that may collect information used to identify you:

Google Firebase Cloud Firestore
This app currently does not display advertisements. If advertising features are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly to disclose any additional data collection by advertising partners.
6. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
You have full control over your data:
You can delete individual attendance records or clear your entire history directly within the app settings.
You may request the complete deletion of your account and cloud-stored data by contacting us at lilimughal1@gmail.com or by using the account sign-out/data removal tools in the app.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights by using in-app data management tools or by contacting us at the email below.
8. Children's Privacy
Our application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we immediately delete it from our servers.
