Check-in timestamps — the date and time you mark attendance
Check-out timestamps — the date and time your attendance session ends
Work duration records — calculated time between check-in and check-out
Attendance status — Present, Late, or Absent, calculated based on your check-in time
3. How We Store Your Data
All data collected by AttendanceIQ is stored exclusively on your device using Hive, a local NoSQL database.
We do not operate any servers or cloud infrastructure
We do not transmit your data over the internet
We do not have access to your data at any time
Your data remains entirely on your device and under your control
Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all stored data
4. How We Use Your Information
The information you provide is used solely to operate the App's features:
Display your profile and personal details within the App
Record and track your daily attendance check-ins and check-outs
Calculate work duration and attendance statistics
Generate monthly attendance history and summaries
Show attendance rate, present/absent/late counts on your dashboard
We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond the App's core attendance tracking functionality.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share your personal data with any third parties.
Since all data is stored locally on your device:
No data is sent to external servers
No data is shared with advertisers or analytics providers
No data is sold or licensed to any third party
No data is accessible to us (the developers)

If you choose to upload a profile photo:
The photo is stored locally on your device only
It is never uploaded to any server or cloud storage
It is used exclusively for display within your profile screen in the App
You may change or remove it at any time from the Profile screen
AttendanceIQ requests the following device permissions:

These permissions are only requested when you actively initiate the profile photo feature. The App functions fully without granting these permissions.

AttendanceIQ is designed for use by employees in a workplace setting. The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used this App, please uninstall it and clear the app data from device settings.

All data is stored using Hive's local encrypted storage on your device
No network transmission of personal data occurs
Physical security of your data depends on your device's own security (lock screen, encryption, etc.)
We recommend keeping your device secured with a PIN or biometric lock
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:
Access: Open the App at any time to view all your stored data
Edit: Update your profile information from the Profile screen
Delete: Clear app data or uninstall the App to remove all data
Portability: Your data is on your own device — no request needed
