Any backup files created through the app remain entirely under your control and are saved only to locations selected by you, such as:

5. User Rights & Data Portability

You may edit or update employee records, attendance logs, and financial entries whenever needed.

Export & Portability

You can:

• Export complete database backups in JSON (ZIP) format

• Generate printable PDF reports and statements

• Easily connects your google drive to safe and secure data backups.

Delete Data

You may permanently:

• Delete individual worker records

• Remove all application data at any time

Uninstalling the application will also remove all locally stored app data from your device.

6. Third-Party Services

Attendance Book – Smart Payroll does not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial information with third parties.

Any optional cloud backup functionality depends entirely on services selected and managed by the user.

7. Children’s Privacy

This application is intended for business and workforce management purposes and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect feature improvements, legal requirements, or security enhancements.

Data Deletion Policy: Since "Attendance Book: Smart Payroll" operates entirely offline and stores all information locally, users can permanently delete all of their personal data, employee records, and saved files at any time simply by clearing the application's cache/data within their device's Android settings or by completely uninstalling the App from their device.
