THE EXPERIENCE
Roots & Rhythm
Silambam Experience - Step into the world of Silambam, one of Tamil Nadu's traditional martial arts — through guided movement, basic footwork, stick handling, and interactive practice. No prior experience required.
Hands of Earth
Clay Art - Put the screens away. Work with your hands, shape the clay, and take home a small keepsake of your own. No rules, no pressure, just create.
Into the Flow
Sunset Stream - A short walk to the water, followed by an unhurried evening by the stream. Explore. Dip. Float. Sit. Talk. Let the day end where the water flows.
Walk Into Stillness
Nature Hike - Wake up before the day gets busy. A short, private walk through the surrounding landscape, time to observe, breathe, and simply be outdoors.
Colours of the Soul
Canvas Painting - Put the retreat onto a canvas - a memory, a feeling, a landscape, or nothing in particular. Every canvas tells a different story. Take yours home.
