Welcome! I am a Postdoctoral Prize Research Fellow in Politics at Nuffield College, University of Oxford, where I work on comparative and historical political economy. I completed my Ph.D. in Political Science at Yale in 2025.
My research is focused on the political consequences of labor market change in western Europe. In my book project, I draw on archival research in the United Kingdom and Germany to examine how unions and governments responded to the labor market risks created by technological change in manufacturing during the second half of the twentieth century. Some of my other work has been published at Political Behavior and Socio-Economic Review.
Before Yale, I graduated summa from Tufts University in 2017 with a B.A. in Classics and Political Science. During the 2021-2022 academic year, I was a visiting researcher at the Cluster on the Politics of Inequality at the University of Konstanz. In the fall of 2023, I was a visiting researcher at the University of Bonn's Chair of Political Economy.
