To get Suits you have to find Recipe Scrolls in Desert Pyramids. To use them You need Symbiote Points, to get Symbiote Points simply right-click Symbiote item in your hand. If you have Symbiote Points right-click the Recipe Scroll and it will give the items. Shift+Right-Clicking displays your current Symbiote Points.

To get Alt's put the original suit Scroll in Stonecutter then select the Alt and get the Scroll rest is exactly same as normal suits.

To get Props/Character items you have to craft Item Box. Then hold the item and press the Power button that shows your wanted item.
