Owner Portal Access – Login Instructions

Dear Owners,

To comply with Florida law and to improve access to Association information, the Association has established a secure Owner Portal on our website. The portal contains required notices, records, documents, and meeting materials for unit owners.

Please review the instructions below to request and access the Owner Portal.
Requesting Access
Access is provided upon written request.

Email the Association at:
atriumcamino@gmail.com

Please include:

• Your name

• Unit number

• The email address you wish to use for access

Once verified, access will be granted.

Access Instructions

If You Have a Gmail Account

• Click the Owner Portal link on the Association’s website

• Sign in using your Gmail email address and password

No additional setup is required.

If You Do NOT Have a Gmail Account

You may use any existing email address (Yahoo, AOL, Outlook, iCloud, work email, etc.).

When prompted:

1. Select “Create account”

2. Choose “Use my current email address instead”

3. Enter your email and create a password

You do not need to create a Gmail address.

About Google / Blogspot

The Owner Portal uses Google’s secure platform (the same system used for services such as Blogspot). Google manages the login process and authentication. The Association does not access or store passwords.

Important Notes

• Access is limited to unit owners and authorized users

• Please do not share your login credentials

• If you see a “Request Access” message, your email has not yet been authorized

• Owners may continue to request paper records as permitted by law

Florida Law Compliance

Access to the Owner Portal is provided through secure Google authentication using individual email addresses and passwords. This method satisfies the requirements of Florida Statute 718.111(12)(g) for a protected electronic location accessible only to unit owners and authorized users upon request.
