New Years Update

This content update only brings small changes to celebrate the new year (even thought it's Feburary).

Changes

• Gifts can now be opened (if you have the chromaticity gift, use the command ;pet to see it)

• New Years additions

• Some small bug fixes

Also, from now on there is a dev log page for people who can't join the Discord server.
