Registration:
We know that you are planning your budget to attend this conference.
Breakfast and box lunch on each day of the conference is included in your registration fee.
Payments:
Payments can be made credit card or by check. We will accept Purchase Orders as long as the date on the PO is postmarked by November 15, 2018. All payments must be RECEIVED PRIOR to the date of the conference. If PO payment is not received by the day of the conference, the attendees are responsible for paying their own registration at that time and seeking reimbursement from the school department. If the school department payment is received after the conference date, RIMTA will refund the personal payment.
Checks must be made payable to RIMTA (the host affiliate). Payments, if not made on-line are to be sent with a copy of registration/invoice to:

CANCELLATION POLICY:
RIMTA will refund 95% of the registration fee if the cancellation is received in writing prior to October 5, 2018. If cancellation is received after October 5, 2018 and before November 19, 2018, RIMTA will refund 80% of the registration fee. Cancellations received after November 19, 2018 will not be eligible for refunds. Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference. Group registrations are not eligible for refunds; however, another member from the same school district may replace a group registrant who cannot attend, provided that information is sent to the registrar (in writing) by November 19, 2018.
NOTE: By registering for this conference, participants grant ATMNE and its affiliates the right to use, in promotional materials, their likeness or voice as recorded on or transferred to: videotape, film, slides, audiotapes or other media.
