Registration & Abstract Submission

Registration

• Participation in ATMA 2027 is free of charge, but registration is required for all participants.

• Registration deadline: November 30, 2026.

• All participants, including plenary speakers and participants submitting a contributed talk, are kindly requested to register for the conference by completing the Registration Form.

Abstract Submission

• Plenary speakers and participants wishing to present a contributed talk must also submit an abstract of no more than one page. 

• Abstract submission deadline: November 30, 2026.

• Abstracts should be prepared as follows:

1. Download the abstract template files;

2. Modify only the "template_atma2027.tex" file following the comments within;

3. Compile the "compiled_abstract.tex" file without modifying it;

4. Rename the "template_atma2027.tex" file as "lastname_atma2027.tex" and the corresponding pdf file as "lastname_atma2027.pdf", where "lastname" is the surname of the presenting author;

5. Submit both TeX and PDF files through the Abstract Submission Form.

• Notification of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding author by December 15, 2026.

Submission of an abstract does not replace conference registration. Authors submitting an abstract must also complete the Registration Form.
