Privacy Policy

Atlas Tranport üyelerinin içinde olan olaylar dışarıya yansıtılmayacaktır, herhangi bir konvoy şikayeti durumunda yayın, video kayıtları istisnai olarak Saygı Politikamız gereğince kanıt olarak kullanılabilir. Konvoy içinde yaşanan olaylar ticket üzerinden bildirilip başka ekiplere paylaşılmamalıdır.

Site düzenlemeleri, bizzat Atlas Transport İnanlı ve ekibine aittir, esin alınma veya çalınma durumuna izin verilmez. Eğer ki bahsedilen konudan herhangi birisi olursa VTC Atlas Transport ve partner ekiplerinde kara listeye alınacaktır.

Konvoyda kullanılan araçlar bizzat Atlas Transport'a aittir, herhangi bir kod çalınma, aşırı şekilde benzeme durumunda konvoy içi veya dışı ekip tırı olarak fark edilirse yukarıdaki maddede olduğu gibi VTC Atlas Transport ve partner ekiplerinde kara listeye alınacaktır.

Konvoy-Konvoy dışı çekilen fotoğraflar Atlas Transport'a aittir, fotoğrafların başka yerlerde görülmesi halinde VTC hakkında işlemler uygulanacaktır.

Konvoyda başka VTC ler tarafından herhangi bir olay yaşanırsa Atlas Transport bizzat başka ekiplere haber vermeden sorun yaşanan VTC'ye şikayet sistemi yoluyla ulaşım sağlayacaktır. Bunun haricinde hiç bir platformda(Canlı yayınlar hariç) ekiplerin video, fotoğrafları yayılması söz konusu değildir.

Atlas Transport ve partnerleri arasında yapılan sohbetler, konuşmalar gizlilik hakkına sahiptir, herhangi bir fotoğraf, video durumunda KVKK gereğince VTC sahiplerine yaptırım uygulanır.

Events within the Atlas Transport convoy will not be disclosed to the outside world. In the event of any convoy complaint, broadcast and video recordings may be used as evidence in exceptional circumstances, in accordance with our Respect Policy. Events within the convoy should be reported via ticket and not shared with other teams.

Site design is the sole responsibility of Atlas Transport İnanlı and his team; inspiration from or plagiarism is not permitted. If any of these issues arise, VTC Atlas Transport and its partner teams will be blacklisted.

The vehicles used in the convoy belong exclusively to Atlas Transport. If any code is stolen or excessively similar and is identified as belonging to a team truck inside or outside the convoy, VTC Atlas Transport and its partner teams will be blacklisted as stated in the above clause.

Photographs taken both within and outside the convoy belong to Atlas Transport. If these photographs are seen elsewhere, legal action will be taken against VTC.

If any incident occurs involving other VTCs in the convoy, Atlas Transport will contact the problematic VTC via the complaint system without directly notifying other teams. Apart from this, videos and photos of the teams will not be disseminated on any platform (except live broadcasts).

Conversations and discussions between Atlas Transport and its partners are protected by privacy rights; in the event of any photos or videos being used, sanctions will be applied to VTC owners in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.
