AtlasTrack is a fitness tracking application ("the App"). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, AtlasTrack is responsible for deciding how personal data is used within the App. If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at atlastrack26@gmail.com.
Account Data: email address, username, profile picture, account role, and any name you choose to provide.
Workout Data: exercises, sets, reps, weights, notes, day plans, workout splits, routine templates, session history, exercise defaults and targets, personal records (PRs), PR attempts, badges, XP progress, and social/friend data including friend connections and usernames.
Optional Data: physique progress photos are optional. If you choose to upload them, they may reveal information about your body, fitness, or health. We store the photo and upload date to show progress comparisons, reminders, and past-vs-present tracking. You can delete uploaded photos where the feature is available.
Technical Data: device type, app usage events, error logs, and technical identifiers (such as IP address where collected). This data is used for security, debugging, reliability, and app improvement.
Payment Data: subscription status and billing history managed via Stripe or the relevant app store payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.
AtlasTrack processes your data:
• To provide the App and its services (account management, workout logging, progress tracking)
• To manage subscriptions and deliver premium features
• To operate social features
• Based on legitimate interests for security, reliability, debugging, misuse prevention, and app improvement
• Based on consent where required — in particular for optional physique progress photos
Different legal bases may apply depending on the specific feature or activity, such as providing your account, processing subscriptions, enabling optional photo uploads, operating social features, or keeping the App secure.
Where we rely on consent, such as for optional physique progress photos, you may withdraw consent by deleting the relevant content where available or contacting atlastrack26@gmail.com.
Your data is used to:
• Provide workout tracking, session logging, and progress analytics
• Deliver premium features to subscribers
• Power social features such as friend connections and leaderboards
• Award badges and XP based on workout activity
• Improve the App and fix issues
• Manage subscriptions and process payments
We may send service-related messages about your account, subscription, security, payment status, legal notices, or important App updates. We will only send marketing messages where permitted by law, and you can opt out where required.
AtlasTrack may use automated calculations to provide Smart Suggestions, progress insights, badges, XP, targets, leaderboards, and personal record tracking. These features are for fitness tracking and motivation only and do not provide medical advice or make legal, financial, medical, or similarly significant decisions about you.
If you use social features, certain information may be visible to your friends or other users, depending on App settings. This may include:
• Username and profile picture
• Workout split name
• Badges and XP level
• Personal records (PRs)
• Selected stats and comparison data
You are responsible for the content you add to your profile.
Your data may be stored and processed using Base44's infrastructure and related service providers. Base44 provides authentication, hosting, database management, file storage, and app infrastructure.
Stripe is used for payment processing and subscription management. When you subscribe, Stripe processes and stores your payment information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We do not store full card details.
If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your payment and subscription information will be processed by Apple or Google according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own country where Base44, Stripe, or other service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards are used to protect data transferred internationally.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers where necessary to operate the App, process payments, provide hosting, support, security, debugging, or comply with legal obligations.
AtlasTrack uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no internet service is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and should use a strong, unique password.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, AtlasTrack will delete or anonymise your personal data unless retention is required or permitted for legal, billing, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or other legitimate business purposes.
You can initiate account deletion from Settings → Account Management → Delete Account. If you no longer have access to the App, you may request deletion by contacting atlastrack26@gmail.com.
Deleting your account may not automatically cancel an active subscription, which must be cancelled through the relevant payment provider such as Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play.
Depending on your location, you may have rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to access, correct, export, delete, or request a copy of your data. Where applicable, you may also have the right to data portability, to restrict certain processing, or to object to certain processing.
You can:
• Update your profile from Settings
• Export your workout data as CSV from the Progress page
• Delete your workout data or full account from Settings → Account Management
• Contact us at atlastrack26@gmail.com for any privacy-related requests
If you are in the UK, you may have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). However, we would appreciate the chance to resolve any issue first — please contact us at atlastrack26@gmail.com before making a complaint.
AtlasTrack is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
